After action reviews: Continuous workplace improvement
Organizations from the military to emergency responders, utilize the After-Action-Review (AAR) process to debrief after an action and glean takeaways for improvement next time. AARs can be as simple as two people discussing an event or action, or can be more elaborate discussions around a large initiate or project. The process and key questions are the same.
